These terms and conditions (these Terms) are the terms on which we, Boule Evolution Ltd, sell tickets for rounds of Crazy Boules at our venue (Tickets). These Terms apply to online bookings, corporate events and walk in ticket purchases (Bookings) made by you via this website http://www.crazyboules.com (our site), corporate events and in venue.
Please note that we accept same-day bookings in person at our venue; however this will be subject to availability and Tickets will be issued on a first come first serve basis. Please read these Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before you make a Booking.
By making a Booking you agree to be bound by these Terms and the other documents expressly referred to in them. We may amend these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on our site. Every time you make a Booking, the Terms in force at that time will apply to your Booking.
This website http://www.crazyboules.com (our site) is operated by Boule Evolution Limited (Company no. 15207061)
Bookings are managed by our sales and booking managers within Boule Evolution Ltd.
OTHER TERMS AND POLICIES
We use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
Please take the time to read these documents as they include important terms which apply to you. We use a third party ticketing company (TicketCo) to process and manage Bookings on our behalf. If you want to make a Booking, you will be redirected to TicketCo’s website to process your payment and issue your Tickets.
Please refer to TicketCo’s Terms and Conditions For End-Users (https://ticketco.events/uk/en/legal_terms_ticketbuyers) and its Privacy Policy for further information about the terms and conditions which apply to your Booking. If there is any conflict between these Terms and TicketCo’s Terms and Conditions of Sale, the provisions of these Terms will take precedence.
Save where expressly stated otherwise, these Terms supersede all other terms and conditions we have previously used and apply exclusively to Bookings made by you to the exclusion of any other terms that you may seek to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing
COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US
You can contact us by emailing us at bookings@crazyboules.com, sending a message to us via our social media account.
If we have to contact you, we will do so by using the contact details you have provided to us via the method you chose to communicate with us in the first instance unless otherwise agreed.
When we refer in these Terms to “in writing” or “written”, this will include email and social media responses. The provisions of this section shall not apply to the service of any proceedings or other documents in any legal action.
VENUE
Animals are not permitted inside of our venues, apart from assistance dogs.
Please note that we do not accept any liability for the loss or damage to any property you bring with you to the venue. All items left in the cloakroom are at the customers risk however if something is damaged or lost at the fault of the venue we will investigate this on a case by case basis.
We operate CCTV cameras at our venues to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff and to protect against crime. Prominent signs are displayed at our venues to alert you to this. Please refer to our CCTV policy for further information.
We operate a ‘zero-tolerance’ policy towards violent and abusive behaviour at our venues. If you or anyone in your party is violent or abusive or is otherwise disrupting the enjoyment of our venue for other guests or intimidating our staff, you will be asked to leave. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person.
We also reserve the right to refuse to serve alcohol to any person. This is down to the discretion of the venue manager and security. No refunds are available to anyone refused entry, refused alcohol or asked to leave.
When attending our venues, you will need to comply with our health and safety rules which will be displayed at our venue and pointed out to you. Please take the opportunity to read these before starting your round. If you cause any damage to our venue, you may be charged for this or we may bring a legal claim against you. If you have booked Tickets for other people, you shall be responsible for their behaviour whilst at our venue.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Crazy Boules is a family friendly game and venue.
Only children over the age of 5 are permitted on the course and to play the game. There must be 1 supervising adult to 4 children at any time.
Proof of ID may be required. Acceptable forms of ID include valid passports, UK driving licenses or any card with the approved PASS logo. Anyone under the age of 18 or who is unable to prove their age when requested will not be admitted and no refunds will be given.
CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING
You can change your booking time once, up to 24 hours before you play. Just email your tickets and the new time you want to play to bookings@crazyboules.com. This does NOT apply to group bookings for groups of 12+ , which are governed by Group Book Terms & Conditions.
Important things to remember:
If the number of guests attending your booking changes from the original number booked, we reserve the right to adjust the start times you are allocated and/or your playing time to ensure all our guests have the best possible experience.
REFUNDS
You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours beforehand for a full refund.
You can change your booking time once, up to 24 hours beforehand. But you can’t get a refund after changing it.
In the event that a booking is cancelled by Crazy Boules, a full refund will be provided.
This does NOT apply to group bookings for groups of 12+ , which are governed by Group Book Terms & Conditions.
ARRIVAL
Please note that you must arrive promptly for the time allocated on your e-ticket. Your start time will be 0-20 minutes after this allocated time to give you a chance to get checked in.
On arrival, a member of your party must report to the Box Office to collect wristbands for the entire party. The other members of the party are welcome to wait in the bar area. Please make sure you bring your e-Tickets with you as you will need them to collect your wristbands. You can bring print outs of your Tickets with you or show them to us on your phone.
If you are running late or unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible and, as a goodwill gesture, we may be able to accommodate you. However, we cannot guarantee that we will hold your game slot, or that we will be able to amend your Booking for another game slot on that same day or for a later date. Please note that we do not offer refunds if you are late for your game slot.
Please be ready to play at the start of your booking. If you or a member of your party are running late, please let us know on bookings@crazyboules.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Crazy Boules reserves the right to make changes to your booking and will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under our contract with you that is caused by an event outside of our control. Where the event outside our control significantly delays your start time (by longer than 60 minutes) or means we have to cancel your Booking, we will contact you to rebook or arrange a refund (at your option).
Bookings may not be re-sold or transferred for commercial gain. Any attempt to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking without refund, and the holder of a re-sold or transferred booking may be refused entry or required to leave the site.
GAME PLAY
Your booking allows you to play through the whole course once. It is not for a set period of time. It takes between 25 to 50 minutes to complete the course, but this will depend on how many people are in your group and how busy we are. You must play at a reasonable speed and not hold up other groups behind you. If necessary you will be asked by staff to speed up.
HOW TO PLAY
Take turns to bowl 3 boules each, aiming towards the glowing jack ball
Place one foot on the track and bowl like a bowling ball
If the boule does not cross the thick white line you must remove it instantly from the course and you cannot rebowl it
After everyone has bowled all 3 of their boules you score as follows:
1st place – 4 points
2nd place – 2 points
3rd place – 1 point
These points could all go to the same player
Once you have finished scoring, collect all the boules including those in the gutters and place them back in the box before you move on to the next track
RULES OF CONDUCT
Do not throw the boules dangerously such as up in the air, at another player or so hard that they bounce off the track
Do not climb on the cages or sides
Only step onto the flat areas of the course when you need to collect boules or measure
Under 15s must be supervised at all times by an adult
If you are too drunk to play you will be asked to leave the games arena
Do not run when inside the venue.
There is signage around the venue highlighting the difference in surface levels. Please watch your footing and move slowly around the venue.
Do not touch or stand on any of the course props, obstacles or perimeter barriers and ensure that children are kept under supervision at all times, as this may result in personal injury and or damage to the course of which the player or parent/guardian is responsible for.
Smoking and vaping is not permitted on the course or anywhere else in the Crazy Boules venue.
All guests in your party agree to behave responsibly throughout the duration of their visit to the venue. Crazy Boules management operate a ‘zero tolerance’ policy towards violent or abusive behaviour & reserve the right to decline, to honour a booking and/or eject from the premises any attendee who is seen to behave antisocially; are under the influence of drugs; are seen to be causing a nuisance to others; or responsible for the commissioning of a criminal or civil offence.
Crazy Boules reserves the right to refuse admission to the venue and may conduct security searches on entry.
Crazy Boules reserves the right to charge for any damage caused to our property or equipment with intent.
We operate CCTV cameras at our venues to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff and to protect against crime.
Crazy Boules cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ property whilst attending the Crazy Boules venue.
Crazy Boules is a cashless venue and we will only accept card payments.
All attendees are permitted to use Crazy Boules courses, facilities and equipment solely at their own risk. Those present at the venue must comply with any instructions given by staff co-ordinating activities taking place at the venue or in relation to health and safety or security matters. Whilst all efforts are made to make our courses as safe an environment as possible, Crazy Boules cannot be held liable for any injury caused by slips, trips or falls or any other such incident.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Please note that Crazy Boules will have a professional photographer on site from time to time to capture images for social & paid media and printed advertising.
By your presence in the venues on such occasions, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed. Further, by your presence here, you grant your permission for your likeness and voice to be included without compensation, credit or other consideration.
If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed or appear under these conditions, please inform a member of staff immediately.
GROUP BOOKINGS / PRIVATE HIRES
Group bookings can be made for 12+ for groups opting to add on packages or exclusive course hire.
To make group bookings for packages for guest numbers of 12-29 guests, please visit our Groups & Events page for step by step instructions.
Group Package bookings allow you to play through the whole course once. It is not for a set period of time.
Private/Exclusive Hires are for a set period of time and your guests can play through the course as many times as you wish.
It takes between 25 to 50 minutes to complete the course, but this will depend on how many people are in your group and how busy we are. You must play at a reasonable speed and not hold up other groups behind you. If necessary you will be asked by staff to speed up.
Pre or post-boule table reservations may vary in length due to the volume of other bookings on the day and the size of your party.
Group bookings can be made for 12+ for groups opting to add on packages or exclusive course hire.
All group bookings require full advanced payment for their tickets to secure their booking; this is NON-refundable.
Food & Drink packages can be added and paid up to 14 days before the booking (or 30 days before for group bookings in December 2025).
We are unable to hold days/time slots offline until we receive the payment for the tickets.
Should the number of guests in your party reduce, we will not provide a refund; however any package food & drinks can be used by the remaining party members.
No outside food or drink is permitted in the venue. Only drinks purchased in the venue can be consumed in the venue.
Private hires will be given an end time to their venue exclusivity and Crazy Boules will reopen to the public.
Unspent Mercato Money can not be combined at the end and refunded. Mercato Money can be spent in conjunction with other forms of payment.
Please note if you do not turn up for your booking we are unable to rebook/refund this.
FOOD & DRINK
Only drinks purchased in the venue can be consumed in the venue
Drinks purchased in the venue can not be taken outside

GIFT VOUCHERS
Vouchers can be used against the ticket type stated on the voucher. When purchasing a voucher, please note the voucher expiration dates cannot be extended beyond the originally stated expiration date. Vouchers also cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
